I ordered 200 of the once-fired 300 BLK cases offered. When they came, about half of the cases had a circular impression from the pressure barrel that they were fired in. After sizing and polishing this mark was still quite visible. I assume this will be a weak spot in the cases. I emailed Diamond K TWICE and have yet to get a reply about whether or not they are going to replace the defective cases. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GUYS.

I placed an order on February 3, 2016 and received it on February 5, 2016. I have never received faster service.
In addition, I ordered 500 once fired brass and received 531.

Have ordered from others that took forever to receive and the brass wasn't nearly as good.

I haven't even received my brass yet, and I feel like I need to write this. First off, I'm getting Lake City brass for the same price as other places are selling "mixed lot" military brass - works for me!.
The second thing, and the reason I'm writing this before getting my merchandise is that within 30 minutes of placing my order, I not only had an order confirmation, I had a "processing", "completed" and "shipped" emails complete with tracking number. That's insane. Even if the brass is marginal, the price for LC, and the speed of order handling rates a thumbs up. Based on that level of initial customer service ( and the photographs) I'm pretty confident that I'll be happy with the brass.

I had a significantly large priced order that in shipment somewhere either got stolen or lost. My first of 2 pagages was delivered to me empty. A 38 lb empty box that was cut open, re-taped with non USPS tape. I immediately called and talked to Tammy. The second box disappeared enroute. Unlike other companies, Tammy immediately began a communication chain with me, helping me track and find it with no questions asked.
Long Story short, Tammy and Doug have completely re-filled and re-sent my whole order. Not only that, she shipped packages via a more secure method paying much more than regular mail- taking the hit.
Diamond K Brass has earned a lifelong customer and friend. You dont see this type of customer service anymore and as a Patriot amd Veteran I appreciate it. Awesome job ya'll. THANK YOU. Kudos to ENTIRE DKB team.
