Bought a 500 count bag of 200 gr .45 colt SWC projectiles from Diamond K and found some RN mixed in with the lot. I took a pic and emailed to the company just to inform them. I wasn't looking to give them a hard time, complain, or whine about the issue as I can still reload them but I wanted to let them know.

Doug K. (the owner) replied back immediately, apologized and asked if I wanted him to replace the odd ones. I replied with a negative-that it was not necessary; but for the owner to validate my concern was an above average response to a query.

More American businesses should learn from companies like Diamond K, as they take care of customers equally. Be it a small time reloader like me from some podunk town out west or a big ticket purchaser who might load commercially.

I am now a fan and a a loyal customer.

Have ordered several times from DKB and have NEVER received anywhere near the quantity ordered - it is ALWAYS MUCH more. DKB had a "special" recently for 45 extra for quantities of 1000 ordered. I misread, didn't read and asked for the 45 extra for 500 ordered. Actually received 615 on order of 500. Have always received TOP NOTCH service and shipping. ALL my brass purchases are from DKB - no exceptions!!

Was impressed with the inventory available. I was able to get brass here, that no one else had in stock and hasn't had for quite some time now. Prices are reasonable and shipping was quick.

I ordered 1000 .45 ACP LARGE pistol primer brass a while back and just got around to loading some of it today. I encountered a Blazer SMALL pistol primer shell which fortunately only jammed up my machine. That is the best thing out of many bad things that can happen when one tries to shove a large pistol primer into a small pocket.
I went through the rest of the 1000 cases and found 5 more SPP cases. Be sure and double check your cases if you order any cases that are available with small and large primer pockets. Side note: WHO THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA? Other than that issue, I am a happy customer.

I recieved my order a few days ago. I ordered 200 rounds of new brass. It was well over 200 rounds. Very happy with my purchase. I would like to see other delivery options that cost less however. That would make you my favorite brasss source.

Could not be happier... with a shortage on everything everywhere I searched and searched and found these guys..made an order and in just a few short days i had 200+ beautiful pieces of 30-06 brass great price very happy except i had ordered 308..Jeremiah didn't blink apologized and in 5 days I had my brass looks even better and he let me keep the mistake now to convince the bride I Really need a 30-06 win win and Diamond K has a new customer for life...

I purchased 5000 .45 ACP brass and so far I am pleased. There were no other cases in the order and so far only 1 I couldn't use.
The cases were clean and not to many with small primers.

I reload quite a bit, from 380 to 500 S&W. So I order brass quite often. The brass I have received from DKB has been superior to any other company. I no longer shop for brass. Their prices are better because of the product. In other words you get what you pay for. Shipping is quick and that's a plus.
