I would like to take the time to say just how fantastic much Diamond K Brass is to the reloading community. I began reloading in 2005 and began my search for a company to which I could build a relationship with for all my reloading needs and fortunately I found Diamond K Brass on the web and have not purchased any components for any other company since. First and foremost they have figured out what a successful business model begins with, "Outstanding Customer Service"!! I have been of the belief that I am willing to pay more for a product and/or service as long as it comes with outstanding customer service and with Diamond K Brass you get the luxury of not only outstanding customer service but the best prices I have been able to find. When I began reloading I had some questions so I called them and one of their managers spoke with me to answer all my questions and 1.5 hours later he was still willing to thoroughly discuss and answer my plethora of questions. I have never forgot that. Everyone in my sphere of life that reloads I recommend they check out Diamond K Brass and they too, not to my surprise, are equally impressed & happy with the company. Therefore, I would recommend to anyone who reads this to check them out and give them a try and you too will never purchase reloading components from anyone else. If I could say one thing to Diamond K Brass, please never change your business model as it serves you well and thereby, all the customers you serve.

For years I purchased brass from more companies than I can remember but once I found Diamond K Brass I never went elsewhere. They are the real deal that delivers what they advertise!

Very fast shipping. Did just like they said, emailed order conformation, and then shipping conformation. However, as specified, the brass was mixed headstamp. Very mixed. I sort by headstamp, and out of the 1005 useable cases (bought 1000), I only got 550 in boxes of 50. There were like 21 different headstamps. I will not load near max in mixed cases, and I load my lead practice rounds to simulate the power and point of impact of the premium personal defense loads. Ok deal if only you just need blasting brass fast, as almost half of the order is only good for informal target practice, not drills.

I always buy brass from Diamond but can never find a history of the purchases. Oh well, the brass comes in when I expected it but it would be nice to be able to look up past orders. I hope someone tells Diamond K how to make that happen.

I have made several purchases or brass and projectiles from Diamond K and am absolutely, perfectly satisfied in every way. I would not even consider a brass purchase from any other source. If an error occurs (RARELY), their customer service is MORE than satisfactory. They more than compensate for any inconvenience to the customer and are ALWATS prompt and courteous. ALWAYS!

I've been ordering from these wonderful folks for some time now. They ship fast and always give more than you ask for, in case there's a few bad cases. Turned my fellow shooters to them for their reloading needs. Great company, great service, what more can one ask for?

Ordered 4, 100 count bags of commercial .223 nickel plated casings to make up some varmit ammo. Didn't have any prep work done to Them. They arrived 3 days from date ordered. They were very clean and needed no tumbling. Very very pleased with the quality of the casings!!! The shipping was the fastest of any vendor that I've ordered from in many years..

The usual rapid service brought my order of "1000+ S/W40 Brass some Nickle". The count was, 1028 Great Brass, 38 Nickle, 2-10mm, (I was looking at a10mm pistol) (or a little work for the case trimmer) 1-38spl, and 1-224. These cases all have the same base diameter, so mystery somewhat solved. But the shoulder of the 224 turned out to be the perfect tool for restoring the mere 9 brass 40s with minor dings to there case mouths.

I came across this outfit via an interweb search. I ordered 1000 LP .45 ACP brass, unpolished, unprocessed, etc. Shipping was prompt, I reieved the brass 3 days after my order along with a tracking number notifying me the order had shipped. I didnt count the brass however I have no doubt that there is at least 1000 in the box that was sent. Also, the brass arrived very clean despite it not being processed. Very pleased, will purchase again from Diamond K!
