I had a significantly large priced order that in shipment somewhere either got stolen or lost. My first of 2 pagages was delivered to me empty. A 38 lb empty box that was cut open, re-taped with non USPS tape. I immediately called and talked to Tammy. The second box disappeared enroute. Unlike other companies, Tammy immediately began a communication chain with me, helping me track and find it with no questions asked.

Long Story short, Tammy and Doug have completely re-filled and re-sent my whole order. Not only that, she shipped packages via a more secure method paying much more than regular mail- taking the hit.

Very prompt shipping. The brass was in great shape and only found one bad case. I recieved extra brass to cover the bad casings. will be sending in another order. Told all my friends .Great prices.

I always buy brass from Diamond but can never find a history of the purchases. Oh well, the brass comes in when I expected it but it would be nice to be able to look up past orders. I hope someone tells Diamond K how to make that happen.

I just received my box of 1000 LC 5.56 unprocessed once fired brass. I thought you guys messed up and sent me brand new factory cases. Ive never seen once fired brass this nice. I had to check the base a see that there were fired primers still there. All I can say is "OUTSTANDING JOB"!!! You will definately getting more of my buisness, and ill do my best to steer some more your way...........Jim

I came across this outfit via an interweb search. I ordered 1000 LP .45 ACP brass, unpolished, unprocessed, etc. Shipping was prompt, I reieved the brass 3 days after my order along with a tracking number notifying me the order had shipped. I didnt count the brass however I have no doubt that there is at least 1000 in the box that was sent. Also, the brass arrived very clean despite it not being processed. Very pleased, will purchase again from Diamond K!

Have order 4 or 5 times fro DKB... Brass for pistol and Rifle in numerous calibers. Projectiles for numerous calibers. All product has been as displayed. Just received order for 9mm and 223/556 cases. Very happy with order. All the 9mil cases are usable just had to sort out the very few mil cases out of the bunch to do a primer pocket swage. The 223/556 are very clean and look good to boot. There were a few more of them that are mil load so those will go into the sort box for swaging too. No complaints here and very happy with the order.
