Bought a 500 count bag of 200 gr .45 colt SWC projectiles from Diamond K and found some RN mixed in with the lot. I took a pic and emailed to the company just to inform them. I wasn't looking to give them a hard time, complain, or whine about the issue as I can still reload them but I wanted to let them know.

Doug K. (the owner) replied back immediately, apologized and asked if I wanted him to replace the odd ones. I replied with a negative-that it was not necessary; but for the owner to validate my concern was an above average response to a query.

More American businesses should learn from companies like Diamond K, as they take care of customers equally. Be it a small time reloader like me from some podunk town out west or a big ticket purchaser who might load commercially.

I am now a fan and a a loyal customer.

Completely awesome place to do business with. Made and order of 308 Nosler 168 grain projectiles and 100 cases, shipping was one of the fastest I've seen......even here to Honolulu! and the condition of the cases was outstanding. Bye-bye teardowns all the time I'm thankful that they have them cuz when you think of the cost to reloading you get the bullet head you get the cartridge and the primer in most cases occasionally some are missing or damaged but when you think of the overall cost of the components you're saving money and most of the time they send extra brass or I should say teardowns and I usually get the 99% usable product so I'm very happy with what they send me and it's a reasonable price for shipping and they carry just about everything else you need except for gun powder and primers so it's a One Stop Shop all thank you for having these products William

This was my 2nd order from Diamond K Brass and I am well pleased with both my purchases. The first was 38 special 500 + and received it quickly. My 2nd order was for 7.62x54R and 45 ACP and received them equally as fast. The quality is great and will be ordering again...(as soon as my wife lets me.)

This was my second order from Dimond K. I ordered 1000 .223 cases and after processing and loading I ended up with 1022 rounds. Of the handfull that were not usable a couple could have probably been salvaged with a small base die and a couple were caused by an unnoticed press issue. Dimond K is my new go to place for brass when the folks at the range get it all before I do.

Excellent customer service, prices and quick shipping. My concerns are minimal, only that I've found less than 1% of any order with crimped primer pockets on pistol cases. I am working with them to get it resolved.

Hello my first order was 200 308's and 500 40cal teardowns I liked all that I received. I have started to recondition the teardowns. And have finished them and only had 2 that could not be saved. On my second order I received it fast I ordered damaged 223/5.56 to recondition into 300 blackout and 22 tcm the brass is working fine for that job. Thanks very much William
