This IS NOT s complaint, merely an observation. I ordered 500 Remington Peters 9mm brass. As I was de-priming them I noticed more than a few had bulged primers; to the point that the case sat crooked on the bench and one or two ‘drug’ as they went into the shell holder. I didn’t think to mike the cases with those bulged primers but they took noticeably more force to size. I just found it interesting and wondered how they occurred.
